We may request a £50 damage and cleanliness bond. This will be returned upon departure subject to a Housekeeping inspection. We withhold the right to charge an additional bond for same-sex parties.
You must claim your accommodation by 8.30am on the day after your holiday was due to start, otherwise we will treat your booking as cancelled (unless prior arrangements are made and agreed! Please see cancellations conditions).
All parks – Arrival from 11am – 5pm.
Reserved touring pitches may have an allocated 5 units of electricity provided in the booking.
This is subject to the holiday park and the pitch that you have booked and excludes Roach Farm Park.
This information will be included in your reservation confirmation. If your electricity runs out, please top up at reception.
For pitches with no allocated complimentary units of electricity, please ensure that you pre-purchase your electricity from reception.
Please vacate your accommodation by 10am on your day of departure.
In the interests of all visitors, Coastfields Leisure Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission to any person or groups of persons at its discretion.
All offers are made at point of sale and can be withdrawn at any time. All offers are limited and subject to availability and may close before dates advertised.
If your accommodation is damaged by you or someone in your party during your stay, we have the right to recover the cost of this from you, including any extra cleaning or soilage costs. In the event of an emergency, we can come into your accommodation without warning or prior notification.
All the information contained in our bookings is stored on our computer system for which we are registered and comply with the regulations of the Data-Protection Act. We will not sell this information, and only use it for marketing and information purposes relating to Coastfields Leisure LTD.
We regularly take media images for use in our marketing and promotions. Should you not wish to appear in any such material please notify us on or before your arrival.
Most well-behaved dogs are welcome in selected accommodation only and at an additional cost (a maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation unit). On the providence that the park has been notified at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog or other pet to remove it from the park if we consider it a nuisance or to be interfering with the general comfort of other guests. Please note that breeds of dog listed within the dangerous dog’s act 1991) as amended) are not allowed on any of our sites.
Alcohol is sold in accordance with UK Licensing Laws. We may require you to show proof of age using an approved form of identification.
We will only accept the following forms of ID: A full and current passport or a new style drivers license incorporating a photograph.
You must not permit anyone who is to your knowledge a convicted child sex offender or is subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (‘On the sex offenders register’) to use or visit the caravan. Offenders will be required to leave the park immediately.
Should anyone be suspected of having a contagious disease with has the potential to infect a large number of people in a brief period of time, they will be asked to leave the parks, or if this is not possible, restrictions will be placed upon them to prevent the virus being transmitted. We are unable to offer refunds in such circumstances and recommend that you take out holiday insurance cover to include sickness cover.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your holiday, please speak to the Park Reception immediately who will endeavour to resolve the issue.
If at the end of the stay you feel that we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, please write to the general manager at the park no later than 28 days after the end of your break. We are only able to act on any complaints which are firstly brought to the attention of the reception team whilst you are on your break and secondly received in writing within 28 days, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

For the convenience of your guests, we reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking form or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort of health of other guests. We reserve the right to enter accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies. Please observe and adhere to park rules, signage and speed limits and take care of children staying with you especially on parks with lakes and open water courses.
It is possible that in some circumstances, accommodation, entertainment, or a facility may have to be temporarily withdrawn. During March, April, May, September, and October entertainment may be reduced and or focused in one venue.
We reserve the right to make such alterations in certain circumstances without prior notice and are unable to accept liability for the loss of any advertised facility, or to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused.
Your balance is due and payable by the date printed on your booking confirmation. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid on time, we may cancel your booking. After you have paid your deposit any alterations to your holiday may incur an additional charge.
It may be necessary to cancel your break due to illness, accident or change of circumstances. As soon as you know that you need to cancel, please confirm your cancellation in writing. Charges are calculation from the date that your written instructions of cancellation are received as follows:

We endeavour to provide all facilities and entertainment as advertised in our brochure. It may however be necessary to make some alterations in advance of your holiday. Although we will try very hard not to change the date or cancel your booking, in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary.
We will inform you of the change of date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the options listed below:
We accept responsibility for those arrangements for your holiday which are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party, nor shall the company be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any property including motor vehicles, personal effects or luggage, unless one of the following applies:
1. There was wilful neglect by us or our employees, or;
2. Death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of Coastfields Leisure LTD or our employees
For all claims, other than death or personal injury, which result from the non-performance or improper performance of the contract by Coastfields Leisure LTD, compensation will be paid that is reasonable in all circumstances.
We take every care to ensure that the details of our brochure are accurate at the time of going to press. Photographs used in the brochure are intended for guidance only.
